Her foundation in critical care as an ICU nurse, combined with her ongoing role in the plastic surgery operating room, has shaped a highly trained clinical eye- allowing her to understand facial anatomy not just conceptually, but in real time.

Our Medical Director, Roger Schechter has reinvented himself three times in his career. He started as a Family Practice doctor but was quickly enticed by the fast-paced world of Emergency Medicine. Eventually, he evolved into a thought leader in Chronic Wound Care.
His passion for health and interest in all things medicine has made becoming the Medical Director of 424 Cosmetic Dermatology a natural next step. Dr. Schechter’s inquiring nature has led him to keep tapped into the latest and upcoming things in the cosmetic field.

Dr. Noelani Rodriguez is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor specializing in Women’s Health. Her passion for naturopathic medicine began in middle school when her father was diagnosed with stage IV throat cancer. She earned her Bachelor of Science at the University of Hawai’i, where she researched lean muscle mass and nutrition, and her doctorate from Bastyr University, CA.
Dr. Rodriguez focuses on treating hormone imbalances, peri-menopause, autoimmune diseases, digestive health, thyroid issues, and weight management. She takes a holistic, individualized approach, considering stress, genetics, lifestyle, and diet to address the root causes of symptoms and help patients look and feel their best.
