Anyssa Samaniego, FNP-BC is a dedicated San Diego Nurse Practitioner and Aesthetic Injector with five years of experience in the aesthetic industry. Her foundation in critical care as an ICU nurse, combined with her ongoing role in the plastic surgery operating room, has shaped a highly trained clinical eye- allowing her to understand facial anatomy not just conceptually, but in real time.
This perspective translates into her approach as an injector: intentional, precise, and deeply individualized.
Anyssa is known for creating elegant, natural refinements that enhance — never overpower. Ashley is a board-certified Physician Assistant whose clinical experience spans more than 15 years after completing training at Emory University in Atlanta. That broad background — including critical care, emergency medicine, cardiology, and family medicine — informs a safety-first, evidence-based approach to cosmetic treatments.
She first became interested in cosmetic dermatology nearly 20 years ago while training on New York City’s Upper East Side alongside a leading cosmetic dermatologist. Over the years she’s watched the field evolve and is committed to offering refined techniques and individualized treatment plans that enhance each patient’s natural beauty. She believes aesthetic care should be a welcoming, respectful space where patients can invest in trusted expertise and outcomes that feel authentically “them.” Ashley approaches every patient visit with warmth and a focus on natural-looking results.
Originally from the Los Angeles area, Ashley now lives in San Diego with her husband and three children and feels grateful to be “living the dream.”

Our Medical Director, Roger Schechter, has reinvented himself three times over the course of his career. He began as a Family Practice physician but was soon drawn to the fast-paced environment of Emergency Medicine. Over time, he transitioned again and became a recognized thought leader in Chronic Wound Care. His enduring passion for health and broad interest in all facets of medicine made the role of Medical Director at 424 Cosmetic Dermatology a natural and fitting next step. Dr. Schechter’s inquisitive nature keeps him closely engaged with the latest developments and emerging advances in the cosmetic field.
Dr. Noelani Rodriguez
Dr. Noelani Rodriguez is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who specializes in Women’s Health. Her interest in naturopathic medicine began in middle school after her father was diagnosed with stage IV throat cancer, an experience that shaped her commitment to patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science at the University of Hawai’i, where she conducted research on lean muscle mass and nutrition, and completed her doctorate at Bastyr University, CA. Dr. Rodriguez focuses on treating hormone imbalances, peri-menopause, autoimmune diseases, digestive health, thyroid dysfunction, and weight management. She uses a holistic, individualized approach—taking into account stress, genetics, lifestyle, and diet—to identify and address the root causes of symptoms and help patients both look and feel their best.
